Terms of Service

By using our Jabber server, you agree to these rules and undertake to comply with them.

1. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for:

- sending spam, engaging in fraud, or distributing unsolicited advertising;
- attacks, scanning, or other attempts to disrupt the operation of the server;
- automated account registration.

Users are responsible for all activities performed through their accounts and must keep their passwords secure.

2. Service and Promotional Messages

The administration may send users notifications about maintenance, updates, changes to these rules, and other important events.
The server may also be used to distribute its own informational and promotional messages.
By continuing to use the service, you agree to receive such messages.

3. Privacy

We do not read or analyze the contents of private conversations, and we do not keep message logs.
To ensure stable operation and protect against abuse, the server may temporarily process a minimal amount of technical data.
For the highest level of privacy, we recommend using OMEMO, OTR, or PGP end-to-end encryption.

4. Access Restrictions

If these rules are violated, the administration reserves the right to temporarily restrict access or delete the account.
In the event of a serious violation, access may be blocked without prior notice.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is.” We strive to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the preservation of all data. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or updates.
